Question 1

How much does the Summer Sale cost?

Accepted Answer

All prices EUR per camera. Yearly plan: €3,000 first year paid upfront, camera hardware included; from year two €2,000/year paid annually (annual renewal equivalent €166.67/month, billed annually only). Included: automatic match recording, automatic highlights, AI player analytics, AI coaching, remote installation support, software updates and remote support. Prices exclude VAT and shipping (€310 per order); on-site installation quoted separately. Existing 24-month agreement and other terms apply.

Question 2

What is included in the first-year price?

Accepted Answer

The first-year price covers the GAMETRAQ 6 AI camera hardware with court mount and onboarding — so your court is live from day one.

Question 3

Can I order more than three cameras?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the claim form to let us know how many courts you need — it is €3,000 for the first year per camera, hardware included, then €2,000/year paid annually. Multi-court clubs and reseller terms on request.

Question 4

Where do you ship and install?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship and install across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Canada. Our team arranges on-site installation in every supported country.

Question 5

How long does delivery and installation take?

Accepted Answer

After your order is confirmed, hardware typically ships within 1–2 weeks. In-club installation is then scheduled with your team and usually completed in one day depending on the number of courts and venue readiness.

Question 6

Is the GAMETRAQ 6 compatible with my padel courts?

Accepted Answer

GAMETRAQ 6 is designed for indoor and outdoor padel courts. It works with standard glass and mesh court constructions and integrates with existing club networks and YouTube channels. One camera covers a single court.

Question 7

Does it work with our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The camera connects to standard ethernet and power-over-ethernet setups. It outputs highlights and live streams that can be displayed on club screens, shared to YouTube, or pushed to GAMECAM TV with no proprietary server hardware required.

Question 8

What warranty and support do you provide?

Accepted Answer

Every GAMETRAQ 6 camera comes with a 2-year hardware warranty and ongoing software support. Our team is available for remote troubleshooting and, where needed, on-site service through our installation partners.
