Flickering or banded video under LED floodlights
Set the camera region to UK/50 Hz in the club dashboard. Nearly all banding on British courts comes from a 60 Hz shutter profile left over from a US default.

Yes. GAMETRAQ 6 ships DDP to any UK address with UK-compliant power supplies and mounting hardware. Most clubs self-install with a local electrician in a morning; we run remote commissioning on the same day.
Yes. UK courts are mostly indoor or covered with LED lighting on 50 Hz mains. The GAMETRAQ 6 sensor is configured for 50 Hz to remove flicker banding, and its 4K/90 FPS capture holds detail down to roughly 300 lux.
Yes. One press starts an auto-framed 4K stream on your own YouTube channel. Clubs typically stream league nights, club championships and open tournaments without a camera operator.
British venues monetise through paid AI game reports per player, premium pricing on camera courts, and local sponsor overlays on the stream. Most clubs report £2,500–3,500 per court per month equivalent.
Match analysis runs on the camera itself, so raw footage never needs a cloud round trip. Clips are only shared with the players in that booking, which keeps UK GDPR handling straightforward.
The issues UK clubs most often raise during commissioning, and how to clear them before contacting support.

A 4K stream needs a stable 15 Mbit/s upload. Many UK clubs share a single FTTC line across bookings — put the camera on its own VLAN or switch the stream to 1080p in the streaming settings.
Confirm the switch supplies PoE+ (802.3at, 30 W). Older UK club switches often only provide 802.3af 15 W, which boots the camera but drops it under AI load.
Reports are sent to the phone number or email on the booking. If your venue uses Playtomic or Matchi, check that the booking integration is enabled so player contacts sync to the court.
